The Colfax K-8 PTO is once again offering $100 classroom supply grants to all Colfax classroom teachers. This year, we are offering three options:
- Barnes & Noble
- Staples
- Amazon gift cards.
To receive your gift card, please submit completed form below by October 1, 2021 via email to treasurer@colfaxpto.org.

- Requests received after this date may be denied.
- You can expect your gift card within two weeks of our receipt of your completed packet. We prefer to do all document and payment processing electronically, but alternative arrangements can be made upon request.
